People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes with specific issues to address and other times for the space it provides to pause and reflect on one's life.

Ultimately, we cannot ever control what happens to us but we can practice utilizing our life experiences as opportunities to learn and grow. We can acquire tools to process challenging emotions, discover helpful ways to relate to our stressful thoughts and stories, and gain clarity about who we are and what brings meaning and connection to our lives.

Therapy sessions are generally 50 minutes long and typically occur on a weekly basis. The fee per session is $175. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. I accept online payments and you will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held.
